Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom & Personalised Items

Because our products are custom-made to your specific designs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Once a custom card design has been sent to our printer, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed. 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our quality. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Defects/Damage: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Process: To evaluate the issue, we require clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Resolution: If the error is on our end (printing error or manufacturing defect), we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.

3. Shipping Issues & Non-Delivery

As stated in our Shipping Policy, responsibility for the physical delivery of the package transfers to the shipping agent (4PX and your local postal service) once it leaves our facility.

  • Incorrect Address: We cannot offer refunds or free replacements if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect.

  • Lost in Transit: If a package is lost by the carrier, please contact our support team. While we are not liable for carrier errors, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping agent.

4. Digital Products

Our Personalised Playing Cards (Digital Download) are delivered instantly. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

5. Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on sale items or gift cards.
