Shipping & Delivery Policy
We want to get your cards to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping process, regional delivery estimates, and current seasonal updates below.
1. Delivery Times by Product
Delivery times consist of Production Time (making your product) + Shipping Time (transit to your door).

2. Shipping Logistics & Responsibility
To ensure global reach, we utilize a two-stage shipping process:
The Handover: All physical orders are picked up by our international shipping agent, 4PX. They manage the initial transit and customs clearance into your country.
Local Delivery: Once the package clears customs in your local country, 4PX transfers the package to your local national shipping agent (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, NZ Post, Australia Post) for final "last-mile" delivery
Transfer of Responsibility: Once we have handed over the package to the shipping agent (4PX), the carrier assumes responsibility for the transit of the goods. While we are here to help you track your order, we are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or logistical errors caused by the shipping agent or local postal services.
3. Seasonal Update: Lunar New Year Break
Our international fulfilment centre takes a scheduled break annually for Lunar New Year. Please note the following impact for February 2026:
Orders placed by February 9th: Will be processed and dispatched immediately.
Orders placed between Feb 10th – Feb 24th: Will be held in a priority queue and shipped starting February 24th.
Note: You can still place orders 24/7 during this period! Our customer support remains available to answer any questions, and all "holiday" orders will be processed in the order they were received as soon as our printers return.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We recommend tracking your package through the 4PX Tracking Portal.
Once the package enters your country, you can often use the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website for more detailed "last-mile" updates.
5. Summary Timeframe
Considering design, printing, and international shipping, please allow a total timeframe of up to 4 weeks for custom printed cards to arrive. We strive to expedite this process wherever possible and will keep you updated on the status of your order.
