1. Introduction:These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of Mimies Custom Playing Cards and Mimies Cards Template, available at https://mimiescards.com. By placing an order or downloading a template, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Order & Customization: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all images, text, and designs submitted for customization comply with copyright laws. Mimies Cards is not liable for any intellectual property violations.

Orders are processed based on the design submitted by the customer. Please ensure all files are correct before submitting, as changes cannot be made once the order is in production.

3. Image & Content Guidelines: Customers must ensure that uploaded images meet the required resolution and file format. Low-resolution images may affect print quality.

Content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights will not be accepted. Orders containing such content may be canceled without notice.

4. Production & Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 14 -28 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary based on demand.

Mimies Cards is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other external factors.

Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or duties.

5. Returns & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

By submitting content for customization, you grant Mimies Cards a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your design for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
